      Pros

      GDS Group/Meet the Boss welcome me, provided me with excellent training and made me accountable. In a sales environment, numbers are key, fact. The difference to other companies is how they motivate you and the tools they give you, for you to have a successful day, week or month. At Meet the Boss, I can see a new generation of sales executives working hard every day due to the good environment that we feel on the floor and for the management support. Proud to be part of this team.

      Cons

      I haven't used, yet, all my annual leave days. I do know that they are not that amazing for a sales environment, which makes it difficult to travel outside of the country, more than one time per year to see family.

      fun and upbeat work environment, work hard play hard culture, training sessions, clearly marked sales goals and numbers to hit

      Cons

      big hiring classes. few incoming BDRs stay longer than 8 months at the company. Not transparency about BDR attrition #s with job candidates considering the opportunity

      The only pro I can think of for this company is that it can pay well if you’re willing to put a crazy amount of work into it

      There’s too many cons to count. They expect you to work out of work hours “doing digital”
