"Trickel down Economics" stays between Management & the CPO's in the Las Vegas Office when contracts are renegotiated and renewed. .

It is a good place for experience - challenging and fast pace environment

Cons

Still working on the structures of the jobs and a lot of peple in career transition are hired, hence the low salaries (though HR use Hay pay grid)
