This company is a great place to work if you are just starting out . They offer many opportunities for advancement within the organization and you are able to take projects and run with them which loows you to enrich your skills.

Cons

As you advnace within the organization you will find yourself overworked and underpaid. You will also find theat unionized employees are treated/paid better.
