Flexible working time, and salary starting at $25/h. The employees gets together very well. G4S takes good care of the employees when there is a crisis.

Cons

Too much work in shorter periods of time, but that is not always a big problem, since everyone needs money.

some great places to work and reasonable job security plenty of overtime

Cons

holidays are based on budget not employee's needs. no support from management. culture of bullying and blame "the we own you mentality" lack of proper uniform.
