G4S is a great company but "Technology" needs new management

It's part of G4S, which is a $14B UK company that is well known and mostly well regarded.

Cons

The "Technology" management in the UK is horrible. Other parts of G4S in the U.S. are run very well by U.S. and UK senior managers. The "Technology" senior management has political issues with the other divisions of G4S. They don't share information necessary to be part of the larger corporation.

log and longer hours, not the place if you want to deal with civil people. they are all mostly dumb

Low Pay , Low Respect . Clients assume that as a security guard you are supposed to know all/ do all.
