Pros

There is nothing that shout about in this company. At first one would think this is a MNC whereby people all over the world would be working. However to one's surprise, the bulk are from India.

Cons

Local talents are not being fully developed. Minor roles are reserved for local, whereas Indian nationals are brought in to fill in senior positions. This makes one wonder whether the local talents are not available or the price of hiring locals is great for the company to bear.

Pros

- your background is irrelevant making the company a good starting point to move on in consulting

Cons

-because your background is irrelevant, you often know nothing about the industry but are expected to be a specialist. So even if you really don't know something, your managers tell you you're a specialist - no choaching. every project is like reinventing the wheel. You spend most of your time at the desk, in the dark. There isn't even a training manual that could calrify all the acronyms the company uses. When you tell someone you don't know how to do something they often tell you that because you are smart you should be able to figure it out. Flattery is nice but it doesn't cut it -the quality of many projects is questionable. - I feel like I'm wasting my time because the company has no plan for me.

Pros

If you want to have a slow and easy time, this is the place for you. The so-called PMC –Productivity Management Centre is nothing more than a “white elephant”. Lots of free time to yourself! You can bull-shit and make yourself busy most of the time without them knowing. Best of all… you get paid for it!

Cons

I have been working for this company for a few years now and I know how they run the Company. The so-called “Board” at the HQ are either useless or too old to provide any strategic thinking. Majority of the top brass are Indians from India and they only seem to think that they know the most but in reality they are useless. The industry good name has been tarnished by their actions. To reduce costs “interns” are engaged to perform consulting work and the deliverables are not up to mark. Most of it comes with poor English with tons of grammatical mistakes. BU leaders do not advice as they themselves lack the necessary qualifications and experience for the job. Repeat business rare and unheard of. Emphasis is always on Sales and only, Sales. They are not bothered of the quality of work produced. Their selling prepositions have always been “Over 48 years of experiences” and a Global company with Industrial thought leaders. As a result a lot of gullible or not well informed companies made a wrong engagement choice.
