Pros

It is a great company to work for if you have a go getter attitude. Especially, if you are working in a new region/office. Plenty of responsibility to be had if you want it.

Cons

I think the company needs to be more sensitive to the training needs of its employees. Also needs to articulate its selling proposition much better than it does right now.

Pros

Maybe it's good for starting your career, which I won't still recommend. I didn't know that a company without proper training exists until joining Frost.

Cons

This is a company watching employees all the time to see if you are working or not. There's no proper incentive but whole set of demotivations. Penny wise, but pound foolish. The management even tries to count how you spend on office supply. So overall, this is a company without system, structure, etc. Enough?
