Pros

Balanced work/life environment. A good place to learn about consultancy, research and marketing. Sufficient workshops and corporate training is guaranteed.

Cons

Bad corporate management. Majority of the workforce is from India. Difficult to climb up the corporate ladder. Achievement is not recognized.

remuneration to an extent for interns plus cool ambiance (I mean the AC. Even if its 45 degree Celsius outside you'll never feel the heat) and friendly employees

Cons

do not expect encouragement or acknowledgement for the work u're doing or have done. extreme workload and unrealistic targets. its completely bogs you down there is no canteen
