Pros

Despite its issues Frost & Sullivan gave me a chance close to leaving school, and was a great stepping stone for future jobs. Its immense potential is wasted on senior management that just doesn't really get it.

Cons

At the highest levels, F&S has some of the oddest people running the company. It handcuffs what would otherwise be a really solid organization.

1) Clueless management 2) No real leadership and very immature decision makers 3) Bias and favouritism 4) No career growth opportunities unless you are related to some senior management 5) Very low quality products and services
