Pros

Flexibility, good for entry level candidates entering the job market, good internship experience. Otherwise not very much else to say for this section.

Cons

Senior Management constantly wants something for nothing and will stop at nothing to get it. NO concerns for employees growth. Promotions only if you are "in" with someone on a higher level. Sr Management will blame others to cover their ridiculous ideas and mistakes. Lacks basic organization. Ideas come out of left feild and never materialize, meanwhile you are jumping through hoops to work on something that will never be implemented. Extremely unloyal. Very low ethics standard by Sr. Management.
