Does not offer proper resources
Pros
Can be challenging in a fun way, you have some control over how your department operates, they are generally good about getting everyone their breaks, time off, etc. There are always opportunities for training and advancement since there is a lot of turnover in management.
Cons
Irregular and long hours. Micromanagement from store managers and corporate. Metrics that are impossible to reach. Constant cutting of hours until you have hardly any labor to work with. Unethical business practices regarding their payment system (most people who have worked there long enough had issues with their pay being shorted somehow). The worst is that they fail to staff some locations with security (again, cutting hours to save a buck), so regular employees are left to deal with daily encounters of criminal activity without any support.
