Pros

Pay and benefits are always among the best in the industry (read on and think about whether it's worth it in Denver).

Cons

(All specific to Denver) Toxic elitist environment with a serious lack of accountability, sales consistently given priority over service, hurting the guest experience and making it difficult for much of operations to do their jobs satisfactorily (and you might be punished for it). Line employees reduced to skeleton crews, front office managers working 2+ extra hours daily. Hustle culture with little to no recognition or support. People play favorites -- do what you're told without question, even if it's not what's best for the operation, be a slave or be a target. Senior management will say they care and will support you if you're having issues, then nowhere to be seen and even *surprise* they don't want to deal with it so they transfer to another property (and their positions were not being replaced). People were passed up for promotions in favor of external hires, many of whom left and got the promotion at another Four Seasons location. Had to pay monthly for parking in a public garage, and it was hard to use employee travel nights due to lack of availability.

Pros

Four Seasons is an amazing company to work for. They offer fair opportunities for their employees and decent pay. Unfortunately they have a few misplaced priorities. When their backs are against wall, they tend to do what's best for 'them" (meaning upper management & co) and less for the regular employees. They're generally pretty good about trying to include their employees in company decisions, but post covid, the culture has changed for the worse. This review is more of a 3.8, but it's flexible depending on what you're talking about specifically.

Cons

High management turnover rate, and consistency issues.
