Pros

I’ve worked at restaurant before and they usually put sales first which creates a bad work environment, however the Four Seasons restaurants are viewed as an amenity to guests. This means managers don’t stress us to sell, instead they want us to be happy and not overwhelmed. If servers or hosts are overwhelmed with the amount of guests, we stop taking new guests in.

Cons

The clientele is difficult but that’s how it is in any luxury environment
