Horrible Management Hierarchy

Pros

Pay and free Medical benefits

Cons

Toxicity of management is unbearable and makes it not even worth the pay. They continue to blame others for the wrongdoings and in turn make you feel like you are the crazy one when self reflection is truly needed. There is no loyalty. Reset their entire resort employees that helped open the resort by falsely stating there was a third party that came in to omit employees that were of "high-risk" to the company when really they were mistreated during the first few years and the management was trying to cover up their tracks. Then when the workers returned, admitted that they want a "younger" team, which is discriminatory but of course they could not give that as a valid reason without being sued. It truly only made the resort worse from new employees to the same management yet corporate cannot figure out why they are hurting in major areas.

Pros

Great Benefits & Hotel Stays

Cons

For the most part, this company is truly the greatest Hospitality Management company in the world. However, there are drawbacks in terms of cliquiness, work politics, and the lack of upholding company standards and cutting corners in certain areas.

Pros

Literally the only pros are the travel benefits. Complimentary nights and highly discounted rooms. The Four Seasons mission and value are great, however, the Carlsbad property (Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara) does not adhere to it. Very disappointed because my friends from other properties talk about how great their property and its people are, but I unfortunately didn't get the same experience at this specific property. My best advice is to run while you can. If you can deal with a toxic work environment, then definitely try this property out because you'll get promoted quickly since everyone quits every week.

Cons

Toxic working environment, lots of favoritism, management is terrible at this property leading to a high turnover rate, employers do not care for their employees wellbeing, the assistant front desk manager spills confidential information about other employees, underpaid
