Pros

One free meal a day in a cafeteria that does not provide much for vegans or people with dietary restrictions. Additionally, the cafeteria is on a separate floor, breaks are around 20 minutes, and use of elevators is prohibited- so for many employees it's not a realistic option.

Cons

The most toxic management styles I have ever encountered; bullying, gossip and fabricated complaints from guests. Oh, and an expectation to spend our off hours glued to our phones because all pertinent info was shared through WhatsApp as opposed to work emails. There was a rampant tip theft problem when I was there, they put a camera on the desk but desk staff found a work around. It was widely suspected members of management were also dipping into our cash tips.
