Pros

- Free uniforms/valet, comp nights and food are amazing perks. - All the employees are generally very nice. - The opportunity to interact with extremely interesting guests is great.

Cons

- If you are a lower level employee, management could care less about you and has no problem scheduling for days that you outlined you can't work. - Incredibly long hours; management will have you doing tasks that are not in your job description that they should be doing, but they prefer to use your brain power instead. - If your department is short staffed, management will schedule you for 50+ hours a week without consulting you about it and pretend like your schedule is normal. - NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE AT ALL. - While being able to say you work for the Four Seasons is awesome, the long hours and extreme disrespect from management is not worth it.

Great Job, Bad Managers.

Pros

Competitive hourly rates, tips were nice, benefits, & comp nights (if you're approved!). The best part however- was meeting people of all different walks of life from all over the world, from your coworkers to hotel guests. People you work with really make all the difference.. with that being said: See Cons.

Cons

Four Season's seems to do a really great job of "promoting" or moving around their terrible managers from one property to the other, instead of firing them. Typical with large corporations - those with the know-it-all attitude & brownest noses often get the recognitions/promotions, while those who work great as a team and provides actual great customer service get overlooked.
