the pay is good then it goes down hill from there.

Cons

Everything else! you dont have the things you need to do your job even uniforms is a struggle. Management dont manage they just hang out while their team of employees fend for them selves. the list goes on

The Denver property is full of egos and passive aggressive behavior starting from the top. They’ll brainwash you to think there are pros but there really are none unless you are new to hospitality.

Cons

You’ll be run to the ground, No diversity in upper management and you’ll be written up for asking a question :)

A place to start your career in hotels

Pros

Good place for entry level hotel experience at the beginning of your hospitality career. Pay is low but you can learn a lot by working in different departments. Training is great experience for novices and luxury standards are good to learn. Manager in Training programs are great for new college graduates and college students.

Cons

Lowest paying luxury hotel company in the industry. Advancement opportunities are largely given to men, generally white men. Opportunities for development or advancement for women are largely non-existent and less than 6% of their hotels have a female GM. Very little autonomy or individual decision-making as a result of extensive micromanaging.
