Pros

-Free nights at any Four Seasons Hotel after so many years of service. -Meals during your shift are provided by the company.

Cons

-Very low wages in an industry that already has below average wages, even compared to other hotels. -Very disorganized management team, lacking even the most basic management skills. -No fluidity and continuity in management decisions. -Too much "politics" and gossip between employees and management. -No job security, suspicious hiring/firing practices.

Pros

Making tips and getting complimentary food and uniforms

Cons

Serious micro managing leadership at Four Seasons One Dalton in Boston, MA. Leadership and I other staff will stalk you to see if your doing your job especially if your a new hire. A lot of fake people who pretend to value you as an employee but will stab you in the back. I highly recommend that you do not work here. It’s not all that it’s cracked up to be.

Pros

My sales coordinator colleagues were amazing! The catering/events team is outstanding as well.

Cons

As a former sales coordinator at Four Seasons Austin, I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with prospective employees. My tenure at this establishment was marred by an environment that was not just unprofessional but downright abusive. First and foremost, the HR department and my manager exhibited blatant disregard for employee well-being. Despite clear struggles with my mental health, instead of offering support, they actively sought my resignation. Their lack of empathy and understanding only exacerbated my condition. Moreover, the inflexibility regarding my work schedule was appalling. Despite my attempts to communicate the challenges posed by an extensive commute, there was no willingness to accommodate. The result? Frequent lateness, which was met with nothing but disdain. Adding insult to injury, the workload was disproportionately light, leaving me with ample idle time. Despite this, my manager failed to provide constructive feedback or guidance. Instead, her communication consisted of nothing but snide remarks and passive-aggressive messages. In summary, my time at Four Seasons Austin was a harrowing ordeal that left me mentally and emotionally drained. Prospective employees, beware: unless you're willing to endure an environment rife with mistreatment and disregard for well-being, I urge you to seek opportunities elsewhere.
