Pros

Great company to place on your resume, and you learn how to be the best based on their philosophy. The free room night benefits are even better. They pay better than most.

Cons

Alot of upper management don't really give the time of day to staff employees - and office politics run rampant on all levels. The company needs are priority over anything else - be prepared for that.

Pros

The free room nights at other Four Seasons properties around the world are a huge benefit to see how other properties operate. You are treated just as any other Four Seasons guest would be treated while experiencing the same great amenities and service. Tips are controlled amongst the employees with no company involvement. Tip based jobs still earn a decent hourly wage. Four Seasons Resorts higher only the best people to offer the best service to top notch clientele.

Cons

Working on holidays is almost an absolute given, so traveling to see family is usually not a viable option. Not enough paid time off. Little opportunity for promotion and advancement.
