Pros

Free room nights at Four Season Hotels around the world (if you could get them), competitive medical benefits.

Cons

Salaried assistant managers work 12+ hours per day, with minimal recognition or appreciation. Department and Division Heads do a great job managing up, blaming those below them. Compensation is better for all hourly employees than for the Assistant Managers. Many hourly staff (pool servers, admins, etc) are ex-assistant managers because they gave up on their career for less responsibilty and more pay.

Pros

The pay is great even for entry level staff. Benefits are good. The employees are super friendly, and they work as a team. You get the chance to meet celebs.

Cons

However, the chef concierge is extra strict, making the department very tensed. Some partialities exist in some of the departments, in term of promotion.
