Pros

Professional team with good working environment and well-planned training program. Another good benefit is to get complimentary stays at other hotels while work as an employee and the long you work there the more complimentary stays you will get.

Cons

The development of career is a bit slow than other hotel brands and it takes longer time to get promoted.

Pros

The benefits are great. They include maternity leave, complimentary stays at other hotels with 50% off food and beverage while there and free meals while you work.

Cons

Management needs to learn some interpersonal skills. Also, when you've done a good job at something, you are often praised in private in the managers office, but if you do something wrong, it makes it around the office before you know about it.

Pros

Great benefits, i.e. complimentary guest room stays based on number of years worked

Cons

Favoritism of upper management towards their "favorites"
