Unskilled leadership borrowed from mining industry with no knowledge of renewable energy technologies, leading to hiring of 'not-right-fit' candidates for managerial position. Twiggy himself won't create a strategy and direction for business, thats why he hired the leaders and managers, but being unskilled people that leads to direction less businesss and frequent changes in business direction. Again Strategy teams in the business led by these 'not right fit' mining industry candidates leading to weak strategy and directions in the business. There are few good hiring done during starting of the company such as Mike Dolan and few more, but in last year and half these skilled people were either sidelined or resigned because of dominant voice of unskilled force coming from unrelated industry. There have been incosistent promotions and internal department transfers in a closed room without due competitve process, leading to more than a decade of experience differnce in two people at the same level in organisation again leading to mistrust and lack of confidence in employees
