Pros

Fast paced work environment is never boring. People are generally very helpful and have a good attitude. Very little beuracracy (which can also be a con as it can be quite chaotic). Generous employee share scheme.

Cons

Terrible senior management either have no clue or don't care. Impossible tasks, with impossible deadlines and no resources are common. Treatment of contractors and suppliers are not great. Nor is job security in general.

Pros

Standard salaries and typical mining company benefits. Work-Life Balance - They promote a good work-life balance. Compensation and Benefits - Industry standard compensation and benefits, and bonuses are good.

Cons

Overall, the FMG Tech is in shambles with people leaders who micromanage and propagate a blame culture. This division has had significant turnover of talented and qualified teams members due to bad management. Management Issues - Inexperience and untrained managers who micromanage everything. Senior management team is unresponsive and often lacking clear direction, leading to low morale and a general lack of motivation amongst team members. Company Culture - Toxic groupie culture within technology. The workplace environment is not inclusive or supportive. Feedback is not taken seriously and concerns are brushed under the rug. Professional Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and professional development are limited. Training sessions are rare, and when they did occur, they're outdated or irrelevant to our actual roles
