      lots of chances to learn very useful skills, as long as you teach yourself.

      Cons

      Frugality means we spend half as much as we would have by doing it properly But we spend that again 10 times over to patch the holes.

      Culture is important to the company, if you like the values, you'll fit in nicely and find the workplace enjoyable
