      Pros

      - good team - a lot of possibilities for development - diverse works - 100% remote - good development budget - flexibility - good work life balance

      Cons

      - Depending on the location you are either a contractor or full time employed - Being a contractor basically means that you are most likely to be fired if there are cuts - Transperancy when it comes to decision affecting people and their work are often not transparent and just thrown out there

      Fantastic culture within the Talent Team. Truly trusted with what we do. Best Talent Team I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Not too many. Perhaps some cliquey-ness from other teams we should have been working close with but we never felt the effects in our team.
