      Pros

      Generous salary and benefits (30days holiday from start). Flexible remote working. Everyone's professional & friendly. Very good at keeping sensible hours

      Cons

      I'm not a morning person so the business hours aren't great for me. Seem to be a lot of large changes in the engineering team and progression opportunities are getting fewer

      Wonderful team, great atmosphere and people. You can tell the company care about their employees. Also flexible working which is great.

      Cons

      It is a remote company so if that isn't your thing you won't enjoy it as much.

      1. Great tech 2. Extremely talented engineers who understand the business 3. Proper payments geeks 🤓🤩 4. Empowered to crack on, do a good job and be accountable 5. Exciting, powerful strategy and vision 6. One of a few places where fully remote just works! Although regular meet ups are a nice touch

      Cons

      Can’t think of much but lack of process and consistency is sometimes inefficient. Not through lack of trying though, this isn’t easy in a scaling company. It’s not a massive issue all the same
