Pros

None. Just absolutely none. I had to write at least five words here.

Cons

I've worked her for 8 months. This is what I've learned. Extremely poorly managed. Not to mention, the hierarchy is so that the Sales Associates get blamed for everything, have to deal with the rudest customers, and get paid the least to do the most amount of work. Co-workers are apathetic and do not preform their job properly; management is uncaring and almost always unpleasant. If you want to have a job that makes you want to kill yourself, this is the place for you!

Pros

I enjoy working with clothes and giving customers fashion advice.

Cons

You don't get paid enough for a lot of the things you have to do. This isn't a job to have if you're trying to pay rent or bills. I rarely eat because they don't give me enough hours and all my money has to go towards rent and bills.

Pros

Surrounded by fashion, parking pass for managers, work with different personalities and backgrounds

Cons

Pay, hrs, senior managemt communication is awful. You don't get any support from senior managers when you handle a customer who is harassing you in a "the customer is not always right" mentality. When a customer is threatening you and your employees, you'd think you wouldn't get criticized by management for how you handle the situation. They only stand behind you if you actions result in a 3.4 unit transaction regardless of the situation. Senior managers don't communicate we'll with store managers so when something goes wrong, they yell at you even though you had no clue what their expectations were. They constantly said I was their hardest worker but the pay increase they offered me was a slap in the face. It's all about money regardless the sacrifice. They barely give you hrs to divide amongst you employees which results in high turnover. The pay for sales associates is awful. I tried to get higher wages for hard workers approved with no success. I had to higher at least two new people every week because people would just stop showing up. I would then get yelled at for employees quitting. If I'm a college student working only 4-12 hrs a week for $7.25, I wouldnt want to work either. I worked there for 4 yrs off and on while in college then I was an assistant manager for 1.5 yrs so I saw it all and believe me, it wasn't pretty.
