Fashionable clothes; Good music to listen to while working; Able to grow with company if wanted

Cons

Working longer shifts if no one is available to work; Staying to clean up 2 hours or more after the store closes; 10% discount is not really that good

Pretty good with promotions, Decent Pay for Management, Opportunity to meet different kinds of people

Cons

Promotion often based on vain reasons rather than work ethic, expected to work long hours (12+ hour long shifts), very big last minute changes without little to no warning, district manager for region is disrespectful, huge ego problem. Management is expected to treat employees like work horses, they claim to value customer service but does everything in opposition to that.

Cons

-Management are unprofesional and childish -If Store Manager doesn't like you forget about going anywhere positive -If you call out sick or for an emergency get ready to be mocked and made fun of by management -Lacking in proper training of sales associates -Lacking in proper disipline of insubordinates -Field and District management could seem to care less about what is actually goin on in the stores
