      Pros

      If you're young and like to be in a busy store it can be more fun than other jobs. It may also be very convenient for you depending on your schedule and location.

      Cons

      low pay and can be loads of work. Your experience will be all about what days and shifts you work, and your location. Some locations are always packed, overcrowded, and really are in need of being remodeled to be much larger. But even at that, some of the larger locations are packed on weekends, holidays, or special sales events. So you will either be really bored or really busy. If you're a hard worker you will be irritated when you see "cliques" getting away with pretending to do work but they are actually just standing around.

      Pros

      This is a very competitive and aggresive work environment. You have to prove yourself worthy. And If you survive, there are many opportunities available.

      Cons

      Very stressful and fast-pace. You have to able to move with this machine. Always working against the clock. Cooperation and coordinting projects are very difficult to execute. There is always room for improvement, and much is needed here.

      Forever 21 has enormous potential, but lack of development and appreciation of staff at the store level brings it down.

      Pros

      Within the visual merchandising field, Forever 21 is a good place to start off. You gain a lot of knowledge about fashion and trends. It is a very fashion-forward company.

      Cons

      There is mediocre training. Instead of promoting from the talent there is within the company, they continuously hire from outside. The company doesn't take care of their store staff (with decent pay, coverage of benefits, PTO, recognition, etc) which leads to turnover of what could have been great staff.
