Pros
The staff as a whole had fun together and got along well. Good pay for retail- better than many other, more expensive places. Always have something to do.
Cons
The 10 percent discount is barely anything and has strict conditions on it (must buy at least 3 items, cannot return or exchange no matter what) hours are AWFUL so be prepared to have some late nights; however, you do get paid well for them. Sometimes managers can be overly nitpicky. And customers leave the store a disaster every night. There's also been times when we've had to remove items from the floor set because of copyright ordeals (as forever often copies off designers)
