Pros
-nice employees -cute clothes (even though you only get a 10% discount and you have to buy at least three items when your store manager is present) -music was fun
Cons
-very high turn-over rate (people are fired CONSTANTLY and over petty reasons) -can't request time off, especially during holiday seasons -managers didn't care about the well being of the employees -store closed at 9PM but we were there until 1 or 2AM, even on school nights (and the managers did not care that you had school the next morning) -very long, tedious shifts (6-13 hours) -very little break time (and very strict about clocking back in and out) -employees had little motivation to get anything done which led others to do most of the work -minimum wage, no benefits or vacations -ridiculous discount rules -wasn't allowed in the store to shop -fitting room duty meant that you were not going to stop running and wanting to cry
