Pros

Forever 21 is a fun place to work. The people are great, and it is cool to learn more about the company and products.

Cons

There were many times when employees would be scheduled to work, but last minutes hours would be cut. A lot of people did not get the amount of hours wanted.

Pros

An entry-level job, a 10% discount on clothes, and the ability to not work full-day easily. Dress code is great for the bold and creative.

Cons

Late, late closing hours with next day early working hours, bad communication within the company, and not a great store to move up in

Pros

Other than the cute clothes theres not much pros besides working with a young group of usually chill people (mostly women late teens to mid 20s).

Cons

Managers are in such rotation there. Regional and district managers don't treat store managers too well so they're always looking for better jobs. New managers are constant, usually associates are more familiar with the store than the managers because they've worked there longer but never get a chance at promotion because no one is there long enough to fully evaluate an associates work performance.
