This is not a career just a paycheck to collect. Even your paycheck will not justify or ease the pain of going to work.

Pros

It's a job and they pay you to be there. So if you are in need of income and you ahve no self respect, dignity, pride or life this is the palce to be.

Cons

16-30 hour shifts. Stores that get mistreated by customers and you end up having to work from mid afternoon until sunrise the next dy to clean up to get ready for next day business.

decent pay. a good job to get you through school. staff and management is competent. work with you regarding your schedule.

Cons

customers can be flat out rude and pretty nasty. daily tasks can become too routine and boring pretty fast. people like to throw clothes on the floor and act like animals.

decent employee discount for clothes that are already cheap

Cons

closing the store is a tremendous amount of cleaning and organizing and requires a LOT of patience. The store layout is confusing and the "put-backs" are hard to find in such a big store.
