For a company as booming as Forever 21 you would think some appreciation would be shown towards the people helping run these circus stores...I guess then you would also have to expect clothes to not be on the floor when you walk in...
I worked in the company for 2 years...and I honestly believe the company is moving in the right direction. If they would only invest some money into training mangers...internal promotions...and "REALISTIC" job expecations more quality people would stay with the company. Our district had so many diamonds...instead of recognizing the good the company criticized and pretty much beat down everyone emotionally that one by one the dominos fell and now many stores are spinning their wheels instead of keeping up with the insane amount of stock...changing the mannequins...setting the sale section...telling people the return policy...and of course trying to pick up all those damn clothes on the floor...
