Pros

Lots of Hours... I mean lots of hours

Cons

I've been working at forever for about a year and I think I do a pretty good job. But apparently the people that just got hired make almost a dollar more than me and have no prior retail experience AND I've already gotten a raise and they still make more than me. We stay until endless hours of the night cleaning the store until it's "spotless". I've stayed there until 5 in the morning cleaning the store. That was a 13 hours shift for me. The are not very understanding about personal days off. They only give me days off when it's convenient for them and don't really care if I need it off. Plus, we're limited to take only one day off a month. They also block out certain parts of the year where there's a "blackout". For a period of about two months, if you don't come in on a scheduled day, you get fired and you can't even request the days off ahead of time. They are very strict about call outs. I can't even go outside and take a smoke break on my 10 minute. I'm required to stay inside and sit in the back, which i do not think is fair to smokers. We have to get walked out everytime we leave the store in fear that us employees are stealing, They check all our bags and wallets. Sometime you wait for 20 minutes trying to get walked out. I could go on forever and ever. I would just quit if I could but money is money bro.
