      Pros

      Because I love being a manager I loved the job. Its quick pace, face moving, and a great flow of product at all times. Theres always something new and its not your usual 9-5 job.

      Cons

      The hours are absurd. The ex[ectations for mgmt are unreasonable which makes it near impossible to lead a team into victory. The training is minimal and your scolded for things you make mistakes on even though the training was never offered. The company is very cutthroat and i didn't like working in an enviornment that made me and others feel like our jobs were always on the lines

      Fun People okay schedule a lot to do so time goes by fast cute clothes Floor sets and mannequins are fun because it gives us a chance to be creative

      Cons

      Let's see.......... Many of the managers do NOTHING all day, but sit in the office and chat! My visual manager and co-manager shop during their shifts......this includes trying on clothes while on the clock Visuals get blamed for everything and nobody thinks we do anything Sales associates are never properly trained, which turns into the store looking like crap. Managers do a lot of talking but don't enforce anything Our DM doesn't even know company visual standards.......duh DM, you should know EVERYTHING

      Pros

      The Los Angeles corporate location is conveneient and the work schedule at corportate is a typical work day and usually no weekends.

      Cons

      The human resources department is inept and has no real idea how to talk to people, give feedback and the hourly wages there are very low.
