Pros

Very Few to just none

Cons

They lure you with great packages to join them. After that your package will hardly move up, 1% PA. So when you thought you got amazing package, this is the catch. You'll also have struggle to move to other roles, because internal talent is not encouraged. Advice: YOUR CAREER MATTERS - DON'T WASTE IT HERE.

Pros

Work flexibility, international teams. Perks (for now)

Cons

Past one year experienced toooo many changes, lack of direction, indecisive, incomprehendable, clueless and mostly invisible India leaders. Hiring team is only doing good(for themselves) by promising the sky and pushing the new recruits down the hill, after which it becomes fend for yourself. Hyderabad site is not the focus of flutter company and is only a cost saving centre mainly focusing on customer service jobs. No objective and thorough decisions and right processes to go by. Everyone is busy doing things very important but don't have any clue of outcome and the right way to fix things. Company seems to have quickly grown without any maturity in process, policy, people and leaders. Even smaller similiar GCCs have something good to talk about but here....

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your time with Flutter Entertainment India isn’t as positive as we’d have liked it to be. As a growing organization, periods of change are part of the journey. With over 1,000 colleagues across engineering, data, security, procurement, operations, and more, scaling brings opportunities for continuous improvement. This is why we're building stronger processes, policies, and leadership capabilities are constantly evolving. We genuinely hope things improve for you, and if you’re still with us, we’d encourage an open conversation with your HRBP or leader.

Pros

Only pros are for UK people

Cons

I have been working with Flutter Entertainment, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The mid and top-level management operate from the UK and appear relaxed, mainly because the company’s business model thrives on gambling — essentially profiting from the hard-earned money of the common man. However, the India management has taken this a step further by misusing company funds on unnecessary expenses and lavish parties. To cover these avoidable costs, the UK leadership ends up approving layoffs in India, targeting hardworking employees at lower levels, while the higher-level Indian management — lacking real business knowledge — secures their own positions and pockets. For example, the company offered a so-called “wellbeing benefit” of ₹18,000 to attract new employees. Naturally, many employees submitted bills (sometimes even dummy ones) to claim it, as it was clearly positioned as an entitlement. But now, instead of owning up to poor policy design, the management has started using this benefit as an excuse to terminate employees — punishing them for something the company itself encouraged. This reflects the overall toxic culture, poor governance, and lack of accountability in Flutter Entertainment, where genuine contributors are sacrificed while mismanagement continues at the top.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Our Global and India leadership teams work closely across business, technology, data, and operations. All company spending is subject to defined approval processes, audits, and financial controls. Workforce decisions are made carefully and are based on business needs and priorities. The Wellbeing Fund was introduced to support colleagues and is governed by clear policy guidelines. Where action is taken, it is in response to policy breaches, not the existence of the benefit itself. The program continues to support many colleagues as intended. If you are still part of the organization, we encourage you to raise concerns through a direct conversation with your HRBP or leadership team. Open dialogue allows issues to be addressed more effectively.
