Pros

- Good medical benefits - Catering lunch, snacks and breakfast - Good work/life balance

Cons

Flutter Entertainment (the company) is only capable to acquire business, but not to drive progress. Since they acquire PokerStars, most of the people who build the 'Stars' left either voluntarily or involuntarily. It culminated in November 2022 when CTO decided to terminate 60 positions in Richmond Hill, and hire candidates in Romania for the same positions. His incompetency, as well as incompetency of his direct reports (senior leadership) has been demonstrated by hiring software developers in Romania with completely different technology stack. C-level and senior leadership do not understand that leadership is not just having townhalls every month and repeat the same story over and over again. They also need to have a clear vision and execute on the vision. So far, they've failed on all initiatives they started.
