      Young team and inviting environment for new hires, collaboration is encouraged, on-site responsibility allow for independent work, good exposure to equipment in the field and trouble shooting

      Strong financially sound company with global reach. Great products and long history. Heritage of company goes back to the 1790's and has many strong brand names.

      Cons

      People don't count and are just treated like tools. Total focus on the financials and too much bickering among senior management. This is a serial restructuring company so your job is never safe.
