good time to have fun ,team lunch ,reasonable pay,health insurance,pick up and drop food

Cons

poor hike ,engineer need to be boot lick supervisor to get hike,credit stealing team mates,poor hr policies,no job guarantee,tamil dominant organizations,poor manger does not know technical knowledge,waste of time gets ruined career as company sinking in oil and gas

Cons

Management treats their employees in a negative way. They do have buddy system which is not right. You will work to many hours and not have a life outside of there. There is a lot of gossip like being in elementary school. You can not trust most people there. Don't ever plan on any raises or bonus because it won't happen but they will tell you there is but they lie. You can't mess up cuz one boss believe's you have to be perfect even if your new and mess up then your write up.
