Safety and quality are high priority, wages are fair, benefits are good, plant was clean, co-workers were great.

Cons

Company is currently in a downsizing mode or cost savings mode and is moving manufacturing to lower cost countries like most other international companies. The low price of oil is hurting the industrial pump business.

Good company to work for with reasonably high staff morale, training offered if you ask for it and the Haywards Heath office is nicely laid out

Cons

Huge pay cap between staff and managers and the management team live in the dark ages and allocate promotion using the "mates" network
