      Bad management, politics, no internal transfers allowed

      Weekend is off, salary on last working day of month

      Cons

      No time constraints, people work for more than 14 hours and management won't even ask to take a break. Since covid the working hours are even worse. Management doesnt concentrate on upskilling people, employees are not allowed to move internally to another department even upon clearing interview, too much politics involved and no criteria defined for increments and promotions, all based on favouritism of managers, directors.

      State of the art training modules for everyone Every process well documented with SOP s Great place for persons who are new to supply chain field ..good exposure

      Cons

      Skills does not increase after a time . Not good for experienced persons unless u r at manager level Reports to sites so feels like working as a third party
