      Amazing Projects !

      Pros

      1. The breadth of projects you will work on is huge. 2. The firm helps you work in different departments if you want and it easy to move, provided it is on the same site. 3. Flex is known in the industry so you will end up working with almost all major consumer technology companies you can think of.

      Cons

      1. Promotions are non-existent if your reporting manager is not known among the site management. It doesn't matter how hard you work. Period. 2. Hubris approach all over the place with zero accountability and rampant politics.

      Pros

      Colleagues are mostly friendly and helpful Projects are interesting and one has thw opportunity to learn a lot

      Cons

      HR runs the place. There were 7(!!!) HR for about 200 employees and none of them bother to get to know the people. They have no interest in keeping people who actually could help company growth. Literal nepotism (people with no qualification are allowed to mpt perform their job just because thy are friend with HR)
