Cons
1. Politics in higher management 2. Paycheck below market rate 3. Limited or no growth unless you shake your head for everythingyour reporting manager says 4. Visiting board members & other officials do not know the real state of the employees or work, they are just given a showcase full of what the Senior managers / managers of the GBS wants them to believe. Those employees who are brave to open their mouth are made to apologies unconditionally (this did not happen in Chennai GBS) 5. Promotions are not given based on performance, they are just given based on experience. Those who promoted early are either a distant relative of some managers or a close friend of a manager or a confidante of a manger who knew them from earlier company they worked for. 6. The employers PF (Provident Fund) share is also taken from the employees and not from the company. 7. The managers are partial towards those whom they like and does not give promotion opportunities to others.
