      Pros

      The fellow workers are dedicated, but taken advantage of with regards to pay, bonuses, overtime and nepotism.

      Cons

      Favoritism exudes within this site. Extreme good ole boy network. They work you to death with little pay, lots of responsibility and no recompense. Their attitude is 'we can replace you tomorrow if you don't like it. ' What else do you expect from a company created in Singapore but third world treatment of personnel.

      Cab facility, nothing more to say

      It is a community discrimination company, in operations you can see mostly "Telugu" people and in top management will be "mallu" and ppl in top positions are number one "flirt" and sexually aroused, political very much biased organization. They will show u high CTC but in hand it's less u get.
