For a store that talks so much of educating their customers and being a part of the running community, upper management and the owners are incredibly unintelligent runners who are great at keeping their employees unhappy. I understand pay for a job like this won't be very good especially because it is easy work, but you will never feel like what you do is good enough and will always get talked down to by management. To keep it simple, the cons are : - Nit picky management - Horrible pay - Lazy or annoying co workers - Don't carry great running shoes - High overturn rate

Too much micro-management. You’ll work every Saturday unless you request off because they are so short-staffed.
