      Free shoes and you’ll meet some amazing people. It’s easy to be hired if you need a job.

      Too much micro-management. You’ll work every Saturday unless you request off because they are so short-staffed.

      Work life balance can be poor along with no consistent schedule. Minimal holidays off. Technology and company policies can be limiting. Need to be willing to relocate to advance within the company.
