Bosses teach you a lot. You also get paid on your break and co workers are fun and easy to talk to.

Cons

Bosses micromanage everything and the breaks aren't designated. Also not the best place to work if you aren't a passionate running.

Lots of free gear, if you’re into it.

Cons

Leadership is stuck in the past. Claim to “Put People First” but they truly don’t put anyone under the level of manager “first”. Difficult to progress and earn a proper wage, based on the amount of work being done.
