Pros

Most of the leaders are great influences and supportive. Insurance and PTO policies are unbeatable. WFH allowance.

Cons

Unless you are certain gender you don't get paid all that well and earning a proper wage based on the amount of work you do is also dismissed. Some of the job duties/responsibilities are not evenly distributed amongst team members. Unless you are have title of manager or higher, you are overlooked. Certain people keep getting promoted while others who work just as hard are not seeing any opportunities.
