I find Fitch much less stressful than other places i've worked. If like me, money is not your biggest priority in life & you just want to be happy, then Fitch is a great place for you. I think the benefits package is quite good.

Cons

Money a bit on the lower side than competitors. There are some staff who monkey around all day but i guess you'll get that anywhere you work.
